Last week a candidate came by to see whether she would like to work with us (and give us the chance to see whether we would like to work with her). So while the other developers did some pre-release debugging I had the luck to pair with her and – well – fix some bugs, too. First, she was merely watching me, but at the end of te day that switched to me watching her doing some refactoring. Otherwise it was a perfectly normal day here at conject: played wii-tennis once, table soccer twice and in the early evening we all had a release beer. If I were the applicant, I would think this all was just a big show to convince here to come back. But promised… it wasn’t!
